I just got the Jardine muffler. It will backfire more and much, much loader!!! It is extremely annoying and does not go away until you are riding for about an hour. Even then you get plenty of backfires. People look at you like you’re a mutant. I want a fix and could care less about the gas mileage. But where is the fuel mixture screw? You must have to take the tank off, but I’m not sure I don’t have a clymers manual and all I have found is an 86 version of the manual.
